Last population studies (released last week) show that there is no class of people that is a majority in New Orleans right now, but the highest percentage of any population was blacks at around 47%, second was whites at around 44% with every other class making up the difference. This of course does not include undocumented residents, which would probably push up the percentage of hispanics.
