I've been a bit of an idiot, and have somehow wound up having my maths coursework due in tomorow, and I er..well..haven't done it.
I did half of it, a while ago, but it got misplaced and now I'm in a fix.
My teacher is known for being kind, and I'm panicking a little. read : a lot.
So erm, any advice on what I should do with the minimum of pain?

And by the way, I'm in England, doing my GCSE's. which are the sort of important examinations you have to do when your 15/16. :)

Problem is, doing it will be a bit of a difficulty, as I lost all the sheets used with the statistics required for the coursework, with my half done coursework.

And christ, bragging? I was more hoping someone with excellent people skills would help me out with the best way to put across to my teacher without awakening the beast within.

Don't panic! Especially if the teacher is known for being kind...regardless, try to find something that will show the teacher that you're normally hardworking (i hope you are)...and say, " This is really important to me, but I slacked off and lost my h/w in the process - it's not a valid reason, but can you give me an extension please?"

Write it if you have to.

Neutralisation is the approach wherby the pH, a diploma of acidity (= damaging log of the concentration of H+ ions in mol / dm^3) is replaced to the quantity that it is going from being alkaline (pH variety above 7 - 14) to impartial (pH 7) or from being acidic (pH variety below 7 to 0) to impartial. This technique in lots of cases happens whilst an acid is further to an alkali, e.g. HCl + NaOH --> NaCl + H2O Water is in lots of cases produced in neutralisation methods. Its all approximately pH. that's certainly the concentration of H+ ions. if it restores the H+:OH- ion concentrations to a million:a million (pH 7) then it neutralized it. The improved the acid, the extra molecules disscoiate into H+ ions, so a smaller volume is had to netralise a base whilst in comparison with a susceptible acid e.g. ethanoic.

there is nothing much but speak a white lie. u say miss my mum was sick and i was taking care of her day and night. please give me one more week and also my brother lost the sheets. he took them when i was reading. i did not notice. can i have new ones. please
