just turn off the power for 10 seconds and restart your pc will work again.

But if you get this error often,
Then you may NOT have enough RAM, hence it keeps crashing, or your RAM is probably defective and will need to be changed

I too had that issue. About three days later I was given the message again and the computer totally crashed. In terms of the hard drive was dead. Everything was gone including the bios. We tried several times to hook it up to another computer as a secondary drive to see what was going on. It didn't even regconize anything was there. I ended up buying a new hardrive and an extra 512 mb of memory, and its been working fine ever since.
I do have to agree with the suggestion of buying a new computer. If your still under warranty you can get it fixed for free. If you can't afford a new computer and are no longer under warranty I suggest a new harddrive and more memory.

Its time to change your RAM. The lifetime of the RAM(s) is finished. You need to change those. But before changing

1. Pull the RAM from the slot and softly erase the golden contacts with a soft eraser, it may work (very little chance.)

2. If you are using RAM in more than one slot then interchange them in any order but dont forget the first step.

Have a try, those may work otherwise just change them.

Oooh, I've never had this happen before... You have to read what that jumble says. It can either be you have loaded to much on the computer, or it is being attacked by Viruses.
