Hmmm? I'm not exactly sure what you said. But I live near New Haven and it is pretty warm. Almost 60 degrees! But I wear t-shirts everyday. So just do what you feel like doing.

You should wear a short sleeve shirt if it's what you want to wear. Although I don't quite understand the question, if you feel you might get cold, wear a little cardigan or open sweater.
