Will it be a "Rudd-slide" come prior to October 9?

If Iemma manages to win the state election, I think there will be little challenge for Rudd against Howard. If Howard does win we should be going to our local cemetarys because Howard will have obviously pulled some type of 'Sideshow Bob' stunt, I mean I dont know Mr and Mrs Bananas do you ? Politics is a cut throat world, and you seldom trust anyone for fear of a knife in the back, but Howard is crusty bottom of the barrell gunk. He has no backbone and obviously no shame. Rudd can't do any worse considering the precedent Howard has already set, so lets hope he is able to get a leg up come October.

I wish it was a Rudd - slide but somehow i think Howard will sneak in yet again. But then again people are really beginning to have a look at not voting for the liberals.
In previous elections Labor was ahead in the polls but then something always happens that puts Liberals ahead to win. The liberals will find a way to win back voters. In previous elections certain issues like the war on terror, tampa, giving $ as an incentitive are some of the things that has seemed to been occuring in the past three elections. Since they have gained control in both houses of parliament the liberals have stormed ahead with a myriad of changes to things such as family law court, centrelink, the extra Telstra sale and so on that have not benefited the general public but made it a society where the rich are getting richer and the middle class and lower class are getting poorer. My wish is that Rudd wins with a majority and in both houses. Rudd to win by 10 seats.
