2 Big 12 teams??? Please. I think the following have strong chances at the final 4: KU, A&M (not both), UNC, UCLA, Georgetown, Florida, Oregon,
slightly less likely: Pitt, Memphis,
Even more Less likely: Louisville.
Any of these teams have a pretty decent shot.

I personally like Florida beating out UCLA to face UNC who beat out Texas A&M, with UNC winning it over Florida in a close one, probly 78-73

I think it will be UCLA beating A&M for the championship.
I would love to see Kansas beat anyone though, unfortunately I don't think it's gonna happen.
