I'm pro choice and pro gay marriage.
I personally don't like abortion and can't really think of many circumstances where I'd feel that I was right to have one, but I don't think that it is my place to tell other women what to do. In an ideal world, the women who don't want children just wouldn't get pregnant, but unfortunately the world we live in is far from ideal. I was raped when I was younger, and while waiting to find out if I was pregnant, I thought about my options. I knew that I wouldn't be able to have an abortion - I would love the baby and I would keep it. I can understand though how a woman who has been raped could feel that she couldn't continue with the pregnancy - its almost like being violated again.
I think that a partnership similar to marriage - with all the rights and responsibilities that come with it, should be available to any same sex couple that wish to 'marry'. I don't think churches and other religious buildings should have to open their doors to same-sex marriage, but I see no difference between a homosexual or a heterosexual wedding in a registry office.
I also think that homosexual couples should be treated the same as heterosexual couples when it comes to adoption/fostering. As long as a relationship is stable and committed, what difference does it make what sex the couple are.
Personally I feel that 'Gay rights' trump 'Religious rights'. I am bisexual, which I most certainly did not choose. I am also a Taoist, which I feel is a choice. I have no problem with what people think about me or my sexuality, but they should not be allowed to discriminate against me. It would be wrong of me to go to a church though, respect and tolerance work both ways. Live and let live eh!

Against abortion if its not necessary. Some girls just go out and have lots of sex and don't use protection and think its ok just to get an abortion. I don't agree with abortion fullstop but sometimes its really not a possibility to have the child.
And for gay marriage, if two people love eachother screw the fact they might be the same sex!

I am against them both. I'm against abortion for reasons that should be self evident to anyone, it is the elimination of human life, all efforts should be taken to avoid killing another person. Arguments of her body her choice are erroneous and fail to take into account the other person's rights.
Gay marriage: Gays act as if they want nothing more than do as they please. However, they already have that right. What they want is not tolerance, but acceptance and approval. Not only do they not want you to slap them in the mouth, they want you to say "oh look how sweet, don't they look cute together." Why on earth do they insist that we as a society sanction their Union?

Abortion is highly emotive. Personally, I know I could not do it but would not object to other people making their own choice...they know best. I strongly disagree with people who seem to use abortion as a form of contraception though.
Gay marriage...yes, why not? If two people want to commit to each other in this way they should be free to do so.

Abortion: It's a womens body, so a womens choice.
Gay Marriage: Got nothing against it, people can do what they like.

Against both. No life should be ended because the parents are unwilling to accept the consequences of their decisions. There are many loving couples who cannot have children of their own who would gladly grant a home to "unwanted" children.
On homosexual marriage: Adam & Eve, not Raul & Steve
