Your question is a little difficult to understand fully. But here is the scoop: if you have a warrant out for your arrest and the warrant can be lifted if you pay $35, you have to go to the court that issued the warrant and pay the $35 BEFORE you are apprehended by an officer.

If you go to pay the money they will not arrest you at the court. However if you are stopped for a traffic violation (or are apprehended for another reason) on the way there or any time prior to paying the amount you can/will be arrested and you can NOT pay the officer.

Also, keep your receipt with you at all times for at least a week in case the payment does not make it through the system for awhile.

Hope this helps.

If the warrant is issued because you have an outstanding monetary judgment (a fine) that you need to pay, then if you pay that (plus possibly any penalties for not paying earlier) then you should be fine.

Contact the court that issued the warrant, and ask the clerk how you can pay the fine that's due.

if the warrant was issued for an outstanding ticket of some sort, im guessing its for speeding, then all you do is pay the fine, which is what you should have done in the first place. this is called a bench warrant and you do not go to jail for this type.

the fine on the original ticket may have been 35.00 but now that you have not paid it and it has gone to warrant, you will be paying quite a bit more, probably around 150-300 dollars.

If I were you, before you get pulled over for something else and get taken away in handcuffs, I would go down to the courthouse and pay the fine. The court has issued a warrant for your arrest because you have failed to comply with the law. So just comply and get it over with.

if it`s a warrant for your arrest then paying a fine will not be enough. You will go to jail. if it`s a bench warrant then paying a fine is enough in some cases
