My wifes period has been getting earlier and earlier every month.. But this month it has passed and she has not had it yet.. She has used a couple of pregnancy test but they all come back negative.. I will admit it i am a man and dont really know bout this stuff but we both want a baby bad... what could be some other symptoms or any other ways to find out. Thanks

Go to the doc and request a blood test just to see for sure.

One period missed doesn't mean that she is pregnant, it can come later, i was very very irregular before I became pregnant. Different changes in a woman's every day environment can change a woman's cycle. The at home pregnancy tests are like 99.9% acurate if done right. But like they say, if you can't wait and are worried ask the doc for a blood test.

Just go to the dr and ask for a blood test. if her period's coming earlier every month, she may not have it because she has a thyroid condition, cysts.. something else. She really should get checked out either way.

being male is no excuse for not knowing the info is out there for you. any way she needs to see a doctor. on a 28 day cycle it comes two days earlier each month it never hits the exact same day every month it varies
