Hey, welcome to parenthood. We have all been there, i can remember being at the store and thinking how great a beer would be, but hey, had formula to buy. As time goes by things will get much better until someday you and your wife will look back on these days, remenisce about how you struggled, how you made it thru together, about what a great team you made. Stick it out and I promise youll appreciate the good times alot more when they come.
P.S. the inlaws are helping out of love, the best way to repay them is to keep plugging your way thru school so you can provide for their grandchild down the road. And when you are settled do something for them, send them on that vacation they would have never bought for themselves.

that's type of overdue in the game to do not ignore that once you signed that employ you entered right into a binding settlement it truly is enforceable in a courtroom of regulation. See if the owner will allow a sublease. if so you may grant the position low-cost to someone who will stay there and pay the employ (and basically lose different money). do not ignore that you're nevertheless responsible for the fee so if that subleased tenant would not pay then you definately are up a similar creek back. do not get a tenant who will say sometime "i cant have the funds for the employ anymore."

Search for jobs where you can work out of your home or that have on-site daycare facilities. In addition look for jobs that pay more on the weekends so you can have more money. Or see if you can make some extra money selling crafts that you make or something like that.

It's a tough situation. There is always some way to tighten the belt and cut expenses a little more. Or one of you may have to work full time and go to school part time or not at all temporarily.

Please feel thankful for the great help that you're receiving. Is it possible to perhaps look at some of your other 'regular' expenses? Sometimes when we put our routines & bills on paper, we get a better idea of where our funds are going.
Hang in there. All good things take time.
