When you turn the right signal light on (have the lights switched off), leave it on, and go look at the front and rear of the car (one of the lights will be burning and one will not). When you identify the one that is not lit, replace the bulb and try again - it should begin blinking. The turn signal flasher is designed for a certain resistance load so that when one bulb is burned out, the flasher will not function properly.

Get a Haynes Repair Manual at the local Auto Zone or auto parts store in your area. It will troubleshoot and show you how to fix your vehicle. Also on the Auto Zone site has a section for vehicle maintenance
What happens is you need another blinker module. Go to auto zone or parts store to get a new one. Then look under your driver side and just pop off the new one and pop in the new one. Real easy to do.
I guess the first two do not know diddly winks. lol Any decent mechanic what know what is wrong and not a burned out bulb, especially when you said it does not blink. When one side does not blink then change modules. simple

try turning on your emergency flasher. this might make all the turn sign bulbs flash, for and aft. replace any bulb that would not flash. try your turn indicators returned. in case you nonetheless have bulbs that don't flash, you likely have a turn sign swap this is improper. See a great restoration shop. The final time I knew, the T/S become a broking section purely.

You say all the lights work, but you have something burned out on the right side, either front or rear. Or the ground is bad front or rear.

It may not be the bulb or module. Check you fuses. The fuse box should be located somewhere on the bottom of your dash on the driver side.
