My brother is in an immense amoutn of trouble.
I'm searching for answers. . . as many ideas as I can get.

I see that your brother is in jail for an insufficient amount of time to clean out and rethink his ways. I see that he lives with a woman who loves him so much she has become his "enabler".
Sweetheart you do not give ages. That is, alas, relevant.
I appreciate you love your family. It sounds as if you siblings aer all you have. He does indeed need an intervention because you and his woman and child cannot continue at this rate. She and you must be prepared to say what you must say to him AND MEAN it.
The only thing I know about Interventions is that the loved ones must get together and plan their action so that they are coordinated and together on things. They must present a very united front to the person in need. This means if they say yes, the treatment is already organized for immediate intake. This saves backsliding on such a difficult decision.

For anyone to help you we need to know what kind of trouble he is in. Then we could probably give you some ideas. Plus if he is under 18 maybe you need to talk to your parents. They can help you too.
