Is Skype to good to be true?

I was shopping around for some cheaper phone services and stumbled across Skypes web site. Unlimited phone calls for only 30 bucks a yr!! It just seems way too good to be true. If any of you have this service, I would love to hear if it is really that good of a deal or if the service is lousy!

I LOVE it
I have unlimited incoming with voice mail and unlimited outgoing
the service is very comparable to a cell phone but less dropped calls
All I had to buy extra is a headset

No, its true. But you have to have high speed internet for it to work.
