What are Underoos? They are “the underwear that’s fun to wear.” Fashioned as a t-shirt or tank top and a pair of briefs, featuring a super hero or cartoon character, the appeal of Underoos was never lost on a pre-teen kid.

I don't think they make official underoos anymore - but they do have boys briefs with cartoon characters on them - like spongebob and spiderman and stuff. No matching t-shirts.
There might be some on ebay.

Thats funny. My family used to call my cousin Roo because he wore underroos. I still don't know what they are though. I just thought they were like superman or scooby doo underwear...?
