do any one know where any auditions are being held in cincinnati and how to auditon, i really want to act an have working at it for a while, im 16 and want help any thing anyone can give, please help and do anyone know where a theatre is in cincinnati where they have plays and stuff...

You should contact the Ohio Theatre Alliance, which holds unified auditions every year in the Columbus area. It would be well worth your while to road-trip over there to do an audition. Just about every theatre company in Ohio -- and several from out of state -- show up looking for actors, mostly for their summer productions. They also feature several panel discussions and workshops that you would probably find interesting and useful.

A good place to start would be the Cincinnati Craigslist. Go to craigslist.org and look up either Ohio or Cincinnati. First, go to the "Jobs" column and look under "Film/TV/Video". Then, go to "Gigs" and check under "Talent". Both columns should include local audition notices for both films and local theaters.

look up local theatres and bring a headhot (a GOOD picture of you), a memorized monologuw, and a prepared accapelo piece.
