does anyone remember an old anime movie shown on the sci fi network?

There were two female heros trying to save a rich mans daughter from having her body taken over by an old womans spirit I think. The main villian was an albino and he had two henchmen a male a very robust blonde female. Any help with this would be awesome I htink the movie aired on the Sci Fi channel about 1995 or 96...
