There is no episode so far where Dwight hits himself with his phone. It was only mentioned in the "Conflict Resolution" episode where Michael is trying to sort out all of the Dwight's complaints against Jim.

It wasn't actually shown. Of Dwight's many complaints against Jim, he said that he "hit himself in the head with the phone". Then Jim explained the prank in a talking head. The prank was never actually in an episode.

They never showed Dwight hitting himself in the head with his phone. :( I think they should have, that would have been funny! In the episode Conflit Resolution, they read off a lot of pranks that Jim had pulled on Dwight. It would have been funny if they showed all the pranks.

Ok if I recall correctly they never actually showed this, Jim just pretty much explained this and how he got it to happen. He states he put a nickel in his phone each day til Dwight got used to the weight and then he took them all out. Im pretty sure this is in the Conflict Resolution episode from season 2.

Are you sure it had it on an episode? I think it just told about it in an episode, but if it does show it sometime, it's in season 1, which was not very good.
