Kobe has actually been doing this for quite a while. Go back to the series between the Suns and Lakers last year. Raja Bell repeatedly spoke on Kobe's cheap shots, so this isn't anything new. He's just getting caught now but also being a lot more blatant with it because he feels he is above the league.

The simple answer is Kobe is spoiled. I am not a Kobe hater, I think that he is probably the best player physically in the league. But it is in his head where the problems begin. Kobe is very selfish in his manner of playing and attitude. He is like the kid on the playground who hogs the ball, this kid is good, but when you try to control all aspects of the game, you lose valuable attributes that make you a more complete player. Kobe tries to control each game, and when things begin to fall apart in a game, he gets frustrated. His frustrations manifest themelves in theses types of behaviors, such as intentionally striking other players. He has a lot of growing up to do, and to be honest, I don't think he will ever change. Kobe has an elitist attitude that players like Lebron James do not have. Lebron thinks he is great just as much as Kobe, but knowing your greatness and letting your ego take a seat every once in a while, is a skill that Kobe will never have.

Kobe was all along a dirty player. HE's a rapist, wife cheater, loser and a sucky player. He knows he screwed up the dynasty when he forced Shaq out by not signing a new contract. ALL HAIL TO FEMALE EMPOWERMENT! No male should force himself upon a woman no matter what! Put Kobe away! Ban him from the NBA! He sucks was never a good player. D-Wade is his daddy and Shaq is his Granddaddy, LOL.

to the person whos Thug, how hes thug beside that Colorodo incident, he had no prior records. Im tired if a black athlete in trouble, hes a thug, thats racial profiling and stereotype. and plus Kobe aint a dirty player. If you call playing aggressive and hard dirty players, we have alot of dirty players in the league. hitting the players all accident. When he takes a buzzer beat shooting he is unbalance and relase his hands quickly and every player just stand there and watch him like a movie and gets hit. I don't know if he's being a dirty player, but he has been using that elbow alot hasn't he? I think he's frustrated, his team is not doing well right now. They've lost six straight and are starting to free fall out of the playoffs.
