Who actuallu gets measured regularly for a bra?

We should do regularly but last time put me off. It was for a nursing bra just before I had my baby. She measured me as 40G when I was wearing 36D. I was with my sister and I tried the recommended size. I have never laughed so much in my life. My sister fitted in with me! I then went to a more specialised shop (not the big shop most people buy bras from hint hint) and they confirmed my real size - 36D and to buy 36E for feeding after birth. Stupid woman!!

I used to get measured but a few times they would say you are this size and bring me a few to try and it would be too tight but id squeeze into it call her back and say are you having a laugh!?
Also at 25 i still look about 16 so they bring me loads of sports bras and say you'll need it for P.E won't you pet? I find the whole thing too embaressing especially as they always get it wrong. I generally take the size im wearing 1 smaller and one bigger in and try myself. Oh and my hands aren't as cold!

I don't. I think you should be able to tell for yourself. If it feels weird tight or uncomfortable you know you are wearing the wrong size either by the cup or the width of your back.

I usually go once a year or so. I lost weight last year so knew I'd need a smaller size.

i hate getting measured, they always get it wrong, and they are always really old women who look down therir nose at you
