You mean a bakery?
First off, you want to make sure you have the funds to do it. Second, are you going to register it as a company or just doing this on the side? Because, the government will want to inspect your area of work to make sure that you are adhering to health codes for food production.
Third, go to a restaurant supplier, they have many items and utensil that you could buy to start your bakery.
Fourth, if you are making it a company, make sure also you register as business owner. This will be helpful when tax time comes.
Most importantly, how are you going to market your product? Who are your target customers? College kids, people getting married or daily commuters? Why? Because, there are bakeries that caters to Weddings, special functions, and there are bakeries that only make breakfast items like donuts and such, all this to make sure that you are profitable.

Lastly, ALWAYS HAVE FUN on what ever you are doing, because when you are happy, people can taste it on your product.

Don't do it or wait a bit to make sure you have at least a 3 year reserve money in the bank. Any food service place takes at least that long to show a profit. Better to be safe than sorry!

Pick a good location near the places people like to hang out. Keep your prices low as you can and make a good quality product. Make it comfy and welcoming.
