What does it mean when a person says they are just Laughing at Life?

IT MEANS THAT NO MATTER HOW BAD OR GOOD LIFE IS TREATING YOU, YOU SHOULD ALWAYS LOOK AT LIFE WITH A POSITIVE ATTITUDE.

It means fined someone with a worse life then you and laugh at them to make yourself feel better.

it means to not take life to seriously, like laugh it off, or live life to the fullest
