it takes about a 7 days for one week visual learner to develop. It takes a month for 4 week visual learners, however.

Yes, you can become more comfortable learning visually. Students at our school are very aware of their preferred learning style, however they are encouraged to learn in many different ways. As teachers, we have been told to increase the amount of learning a child does outside their comfort zone and preferred style. Over time this should produce learners that are well rounded and able to cope with different learning environments.
Tips to get you started - you must have style you already prefer (since you know you are a weak visual learner). This could be auditory for example. You would need to look carefully at the next piece of information you have to learn. Keep a running narrative in your head - 'this is a diagram showing the carbon cycle...over in the top corner there is a picture of a cloud containing carbon dioxide gas from a factory...' Whilst you are still relying on your preferred style, you are linking it more strongly to your visual skills. Over time, your use of that narrative will decrease as you become accustomed to learning visually.
Over our lifetime, our learning styles change. It is possible that in a couple of years from now there will be less of a difference between your ability to learn visually and your ability to learn through other methods.

Yes it is, but don't get too hung up about learning styles, as far too many students and colleges/schools are far too hung up on these! Some students even use this as an excuse for not doing homework or class work (e.g. Couldn't do it because I don't learn in that way)! Research (e.g. Frank Coffield) suggests that most people learn best if they are exposed to a variety of teaching methods and learning activities which cater for a variety of styles and encourage them to think about and question what they are learning. As long as this is happening for you, just do your best and the rest will follow!

I suppose you mean weak???
Yes, it's possible with practise but a mixture of auditory and visual is better since 2 senses are being used at the same time.

Yes, if you spend enough time in a visual learning environment, you will eventually adapt to the situation and will be more aware of what to expect.
Nothing is impossible, keep trying and you will eventually be good!!!!
Good luck
