Meaning is there some kind of reacord kept. It was just a hardware store job nothing with the goverment.

As drug testing falls under HiPPA laws, no they are not allowed to release the information to anyone unless you specifically sign for the release.

If you are taking the test and think you may fail, keep the following in mind. Cocaine, crank, heroin, acid, shrooms all stay in your system about 3 days, just quit them altogether until after you test. Pot, on the other hand, stays in your system up to 30 days (or more if you have a lot of body fat) but you may be able to trick the system.

They can't tell about the drug test but they can ask " would you hire him back?" and this is what get's you a potential new job prospect.

it better not...that would be against the law.....better just not mention the job if at all possible...but in the US all they can say is the dates you were working for them...hope you did not sign one of those tacking things about leaving the job...for future reference....don't sign anything if your being fired.
