There are services online that will do a search for less than $50, just google background check information. If she owns a home, and you know the state she's in, her contact information is public through the recorder of deeds office of that State. Another free site if you haven't already tried it, is www.zabasearch.com. I hope you find her.

Private Investigators have access to very Large Database systems; they could find her in a very short time without actually leaving thier office; tell them what youi want and make a financial arraingement tp ay them over a few Months.

i am assuming you are not in touch with any relatives that know where she is? that is where i would start...her close friends etc...even if you just call "mary" because she used to know her in school...
