How do I transfer stuff from a word document (ex. a sentence) to a paint document (ex. a picture)

Open the Word Document with the part you would like in the Paint document displayed, then press the Print Screen key on your keyboard (above Insert, Home, Page Up, etc). Open Paint, choose Edit, then select Paste.

You can always just copy (CTRL+C) the text from the Word document and paste (CTRL+V) it into Paint.

With Word open and the sentence you want on the screen press Alt+PrintScreen. Then open up Paint and press Ctrl+v. This fill paste the screenshot into Paint. You will then have to use Paint to crop the image the way you want it.

Copy the text.
Edit the graphic, insert a text box using the insert text tool.
Paste the text.
