Does anyone know where i can get a copy of the report for the Liverpool Crystal Palace match, the one where Liverpool thrashed Palace 9-0? I've tried googling it already and nothing! I need to know the scorers and what the score at half time was?!?!?!?!?!?!?! Thanks very much!

Ah - everyone remembers the 9 goals Liverpool scored. But being a Palace fan I cannot forget that Geoff Thomas missed a penalty at the Kop end to heap shame upon misery.
One thing not mentioned thus far, is that the 8 different scorers for Liverpool that night set a record for a single "top flight" football match. I think the record still stands

That was an hilarious result. I remember it but not the details I'm afraid. Crystal Palace fans must have taken some stick after that!

Palace got their revenge in the FA cup semi finals that year buy beating Liverpool 4-3 after extra time !! i nearly got sick !
