I add chopped pickles (dill or sweet, whichever you prefer). Bacon bits are also real good in tuna salad!

white tuna in oil
sweet Vidalia onion
sweet pickle relish
dab of mayo
grated cheddar cheese
horseradish
sliced grape tomato's

a little mayo so it's not dry, celery and lots of onions...sometimes i'll boil an egg and just add the whites. but the celery and the onions are a must!!! damn, now i wanna tuna sandwhich!!!! =)

Just recently I started adding a little yellow mustard, and I think that makes it pretty tasty. Maybe I'll get tired of it...

Onions, celery,olives and pickles. The last two, my family won't let me add! But, these are what I would put in if I had my druthers!

I like chopped celery and onions mixed with mayo. . . . In restaurants I've seen chopped walnuts, cranberries or apples in it.
