Auction it on Ebay with a minimum bid of 16 pounds. That way you do not have to pay to have it evaluated. The experts/collectors on Ebay will find it and bid it up to something close to what it is actually worth.

You come out the winner either way. If there are no bids then you sell it for 15 pounds to the current buyer.

Personally I'd sell it, you've made £10. Life's too short to quibble over pennies and value of something like that is very subjective. It's worth what somebody wants to pay for it, somebody wants to pay you £15, so that's what it's worth.

Due to the fact that you have had such an offer, my recommendation would be to have it valued.

Have it valued first - it could be worth more!
