They will shrink back some. It's not breastfeeding that changes your breasts, but pregnancy. Breasts grow significantly during pregnancy to prepare for feeding the baby. If you don't breastfeed, your breasts will change soon thereafter. The difference between breast and bottle feeding is that the engorged state ends soon after the birth (when not breast feeding) and soon after weaning (when breastfeeding). After either of these conditions occur, you will notice changes in your breasts, i.e. sagginess, etc.

Not many people talk about this but it is very true - breastfeeding can cause permanent changes in your nipples; causing them to elongate and become more prominent. They may always appear erect, like you are cold. I found this change to be quite positive.

Mine didn't get SAGGY or loose at all, but they're not as tight and super-perky as they used to be. But then again, they're also bigger now. I was a 36D while pregnant and breastfeeding, and although they didn't shrink back to the 34B I was before pregnancy, they're now a 36C. I stopped breastfeeding/pumping about 7 months ago.

I think everyone has a different experience. I have cousins and friends say different things. Some say they're boobs went back to the same size they were before pregnancy and that they sag badly, some say they stayed big, some say theirs shrank back only a little and they're not saggy, some say they ARE saggy, etc, etc, etc. And it usually gets worse the more kids you have.

Everyone has different experiences. If you have large breasts to begin with, they will probably sag, but if you had perky, smaller ones before and you are physically fit, they'll likely go back, but no promises. Some people say breastfeeding alone causes your breasts to sag, but I'm not sure that's true. In any case, the benefits to bf outway the risk of not being cosmetically perfect. I would suggest some excercises to help them. (I need to follow my own advice, might do me some good. ha, ha)

Depends on whether or not you plan on having anymore children. If your breasts are a little saggy when you are no longer producing milk, chances are they're going to stay that way. If you plan on having more children and nursing them, you'll get your larger, firmer breasts back while you nurse, but they'll probably return to their smaller, deflated size when you're no longer nursing. Heredity plays a big part in this. My breasts were much smaller after I nursed my two children. I had breast augmentation to correct my problem. :)

Apparantly they refill with fat after about 6 months but I don't know personally since I got pregnant while still breastfeeding!
