Yeah, I know he's the only go to scorer they have, but lets face it, they aren't going to win a championship this year...
why not package him for some low post scoring?

Ben is and will continue to be a great player. With him coming off the bench and still scoring the way he does, I think the Bulls made a great choice NOT trading him. His trade value is good, however, their are a lot of good guards in the league now. Give it a year or so and his trade value will be higher as Kidd, Nash & other guards start to retire or lose a step or two. Hang on to him, he'll either be a great star for the Bulls or great trade bait in year or so, maybe for a big man!

That's one way to look at it. I don't think that many teams are really looking for a "Ben Gordon" like player right now. And they would probably have to give up something substantial to get him and I think right now Ben has the potential to go either way. Some nights he'll give you 35 points, others he'll give you 11points on 4 for 16 shooting. So I think many teams will stay away from trade talks involving Gordon until we know for sure exactly what type of player he is going to be.

None of you bumbling idiots be attentive to what you're speaking approximately. I say commerce him NOW that he's certainly making his pictures and has "fee." I say, Ben Gordon and Luol Deng and an unprotected 1st around draft %. for Al Jefferson and Brian Cardinal.

Everyone wanted to much from the Bulls for who they were looking for. Deng, Gordon & Niocini plus the 1st round pick from the Knicks!
