Generally its too Early for any Tulip to be up now....

but it depends on what type of bulb you planted and what zone you live in. In the NYS area its Zone 6.

Wild tulips come up first around April, 1st. They are short -- 6-8".

Then early tulips 10-12", Then Spring tulips 12-14".
Then Late Spring- Early Summer tulips 14-16".

Since we've had some weird weather, the crocuses are up with the Snowdrops and the Daffodils are about three inches out of the ground.

Continue to be patient.

It could be that they were not planted in full sun, so they ground is not warm enough where they are, OR it could be that the squirrels used your generous bulb collection as a staple for the winter. They do not understand that those bulbs were for you to look at, not for them! I hope that they do come up for you. If not, re-plant, if a spot that gets full sun.

My tulips (in Georgia) are coming up now...I would guess either of the 2 thoughts from above...planted upside down or too warm of soil...they surely can still come up though.

could be a number of reasons.
1 planted them too deep.
2 they didnt germinate properly
3 they are late bloomers and need more time depends on your area. Im in new england and dont expect to see mine for another month since the ground is still frozen.
