It can take more than just a couple of hours to shed. If it is bothering you leave it be for a day. If it is still having problems, take some wet paper towels, warm water not hot, and line the inside of a shoebox, nice a wet and warm. Place the gecko in the shoebox and put the lid on. Let the Leo sit in the nice humid environment for a couple of hours. It will more than likely work it off. Make sure it stays warm and moist in the box.

I keep a plastic hide filled half way with moss and set it over an under tank heater. I pour water in the plastic hide 3-4 times a week and keep the moss moist.

Oh, the shoebox is a plastic shoebox from walmart, I put holes in the side all the way around for air.

i would leave her alone, for a nother 20 mins or so b/c she eats her old skin. um, if after that and she still is struggling, get a butter dish or other plastic container, and place DAMP< NOT SOAKING WET papertowel in it and place the gecko in the enclosure, dont let her get cold , by putting it on a heat sorce or what not, put a couple of holes in the top of the enclosure, so she can breathe. leave her in there for about 20-30 mins. the extra humidity helps her loosen the skin better. but if she is doing fine and just hanging out in her hide box while she is sheding and not walking in and out with the skin haning off of her maybe you should just leave her alon then untill she comes out.

leave the gecko alone. sometimes it takes a while for them to shed. she might not like you watching her. Walk away and go to another room for a few hours.

try a luke warm water bath. if that doesnt work many pet stores have a solution called a shedding aid.
