you see mine are like down and dont have any shape or form and im thinkinh about fixing them...

Sure, it's OK. If it is what you want to do, then do it. You have every right to do things that you want, as long as it doesn't infringe on someone Else's rights. Now, understand, that if you decide to do this, not all people are going to support you on it. You may be ridiculed, and called gay, or other names. If that doesn't bother you, go for it.
I am curious, what would you do to fix them? Some sort of mascara? I can't think of what else to do to "fix" them.

You can use translucent mascara and a special eyelash curler.
