when i think i am pregnant ... how many time i have to wait before i make it confirm ?

Best thing to do is what until you have missed your period, then take a home pregnancy test. Or you can go to the doctor and ask for a blood test(HCG test). The blood test is more accurate then a home pregnancy test any day. I found that i was pregnant at 2 weeks.

A doctor can determine immediately. Home tests work a wk before due period, read the boxes.
