Take the direction of this essay as how CLOSE they are rather diffrent. . Teenagers have cell phones, they go to school, they play sports. If you want a source, see if you can find a magazine called "The Teenager" its written in Pakistan (in english)

There are 2 types of lives lead in Pakistan.....In all the major cities like Lahore, Karcahi, Islamabad they are typically western and similar to those lead by American teenagers though obviously sex is not so 'important'. Dress, spare times are v similar.
However, the poor in Pak live a complete differnt dream, to stop having to beg to earn money and have the optiopn to go to school (there are public schools but they need to support their families), they dream of a better life....
There are 2 faces to a coin.....
