I just bought a new boat and was going to tow it with my Geo Metro up a fiarly steep hill near my house to go boating one afternoon. Instead, the car almost rolled back down the hill. I feel like I was ripped off as my good friend said I will be able to tow this. Can I sue Geo, or my friend?

This is obviously not a serious question.

if your dumb enough to pull a boat with a geo or cold enough too sue a friend then I would find a rock to crawl under.it dont take many brain cells to figure out a geo cant tow much more than a spare tire. The boat can pull more than the car.You call him a friend?Friends dont sue friends,Id talk to him and see if you cant work something out but if you were my friend Id call you batting practise,You should stay away from people and dont breed we have enough like you in the world. Can you picture a geo pulling a boat down the road guys?poor geo.I think I can,I think I can,Opps I can't.get a real car that can pull the boat, your a danger too others on the road.Oh and go ahead and sue geo,we need another laugh.show them the trailer hitch that wasnt made for the car or did ya wire it on? d.o.t should like that one. and your friend probably didnt mean tow it with that car but it can be towed with a better vehicle

NO, if you have a vehicle capable of towing...a metro definately is not one...but responsibility always falls back on the owners because the manufacturer always tells you the capabilities of the vehicle as well as it has to be properly loaded.

LOL, betcha that was pretty funny to watch though
