I would have to choose A. Since 9/11 there have not been any terrorist attacks for many reasons. We are more aware - Homeland Security & our military. do agree with most of President Bush does I would not say he is the greatest anti-terror machine. Don't give all the credit to President Bush - our military has done an outstanding job.

You are wrong in your assertion that terrorists haven't successfully attacked America on our home soil. Wouldn't you call John Mohammed and his illegal alien buddy terrorists? They shot over 10 Americans before they were caught. Remember the DC Sniper? There have been other attacks by angry Muslims in which Americans were killed, such as the recent mall attack where a Bosnian Muslim went nuts and killed several Americans.
If I had to choose though, I would pick B. The Bush campaign and most Republicans used over hyping scare tactics to create fear in Americans so frightened Americans would vote for them. It worked, until the last election where Americans got so fed up with the Iraq fiasco and the corruption in the Republican party that they voted out the Repubs. It was a wise decision, and the rampant corruption in the Bush Administration is coming to light. Attorney General Antonio Gonzales will be the next scumbag to go.

We've gone on the offensive against terrorists. That's what the War in Iraq is about. The terrorists are too busy over there to mess with us over here. But there will come a time when we get hit again except this time by Iran, Korea, or Russia.

I would have to lean towards a. Not so much that Bush is the great anti-terror machine, but that after 9-11, our entire nation has been awakened to the threat and consequently has done more to protect ourselves, Every major metropolitan police force now has an anti-terror division. Our airports security has been upgraded, etc. etc.

C. Terrorism doesn't operate on a predictable time table and there's no way on earth to prove that, without the war in Iraq, there would have been an attack on U.S. soil in the past six years.

C. The wars in Iraq and Afghanistan have kept them busy. The increased awareness by DHS, police, Coast Guard, and Border patrol have made it more difficult to enter the US. The CIA, FBI, and NSA surveillance programs have thwarted their plans. Banking efforts have reduced funds available to terrorists. Friendly countries have been cooperative.

Neither. We have them preoccupied in Iraq. The FBI and CIA are working with each other and with foreign intel to eliminate terrorist threats.

You should have added 9 /11, and, it would be foolish to assume it will not happen again.
