No, not really you just manage your fantasy team there really is no team work in fantasy.

Definitely.

You need all stars and role players in fantasy. Guys that do everything well and then guys that are mercenaries for specific categories. They all come together and win you games as a team, which as crazy as it sounds is in fact teamwork.
