Declining... power is not useful with "muscle" alone. The world was on this administration's side post 9/11 until the gross mismanagement & lies started to unravel. The changes occur because there is no support from it's alienated allies.

It's climbing. I've had better business this year than I've had in the past 10 years. People are spending more money and I'm finally seeing the light of day. This has to do with the taxes. I usually see fair income about this time of year but this year has really paid off.

I feel that it is leveling out. The next four years will show if it starts to climb or decline.
