learn from your mistake... it takes time for the bad feelings to heal.. but you just have to tell yourself its in the past, and that you will are a better person now than you were then.. if anyone judges you for your past, you don't need them.. they are focusing on your mistakes so they don't have to own up to their own... we have ALL made mistakes.. love yourself... and just try harder each day to do whats right by you and your loved ones...

I know exactly how you feel. Feeling heartbroken and sad about the mistakes of the past is a normal response. And REALIZATION of those mistakes is infect is a healthy approach towards correcting oneself.
If you are rational and adopt a practical approach towards life, you will have no regrets. Think with the mind and you will obviously get over the past. Ultimately, there is no pointing thinking and brooding about the past mistakes. I know, it is easier said than done. But then once you make efforts to get over the mistakes, you will feel relieved. LEARN from the mistakes and try not to repeat them. Always remember to make EFFORTS to “let go” of the past mistakes.

This may sound easier said than done. Just keep this in mind my friend it really works for you and millions of others. What ever the problem, did you learn anything ? Most likely (yes). Now close your eyes and deep down in your inner-being (conscious) see the mistake act knowledge what you have learned, and than forgive yourself. Understand that what ever it is, that you will move forward. Know that keeping that mistake in your focal point will weigh you down, you wont go any further anywhere, and you'll possible continue on the (mistake path) road your on now. Hey, we all make mistakes,no body's perfect, and you don't deserve not to enjoy life. So pick the pieces up and move on. ENJOY :-)

Make sure you learn from those mistakes. Also, apologize if they hurt anyone. Even if the person doesn't forgive, it helps you to let go and get better.

If you're feeling very bad, as I have, you don't go on without it, at first. It takes awhile for these things to fade, but eventually they do. It just takes awhile. Just treat yourself whenever you can and do the things that take your mind of off them. Good luck.

Feelings are not always logical. Despite your efforts you may still feel sad even if you should feel otherwise.
Don't be too conscious in moving on. Time heals all wounds

try to remind yourself that everything happens for a reason. if you truly feel like you made a mistake, try to learn from it and keep from repeating it.

In every situation we all have a choice... Well I think you had decided you can't get all your words back now. Anything done can't be undone... So stand on your decision and move on.. There's a lot in store for you
