Resin
Orna's medium of choice for its organic workability. Usually associated with fibreglass manufacturing, resin is a two-pack process where hardener is mixed with fixer at varying ratios and poured into moulds. Once set, resin is lighter in weight than glass & friendly to touch. Prior to applying to moulds, Orna adds her colours to the resin by hand giving her full control over her creative pursuits.

Assuming they aren't glass, then they are cast of liquid resin in molds. Nothing in the web reference says they are made by hand, only that they are hand assembled by people in the neighborhood after designing. I will cheerfully admit to areas of ignorance, but I have never heard of transparent clay consistancy resin, which would almost certainly show finger prints, etc.
Casting resin with added colors can be bought a most craft stores like Hobby Lobby or Michaels, many art supply stores.
