I thought that the more electrons u had, the higher the boiling point is. So i tried a and it was wrong. then i tried ab and it was wrong.

a) water has hydrogen bonding which tends to hold the molecules together, so water is a liquid at room temperature, whilst sulphur dioxide is a gas, so a is false.

b) Is false
