elevate it and put ice on it, that will bring down the swelling.

It is called shin splints. You will be okay, I used to get them from soccer all the time. I still played with it. It will be fine, just take it easy for a day or two, use icy hot on it, that will relieve some of the pain. I have not ever had it so bad that I needed medical attention but I would think that if it keeps getting worse than research it online or call your doctor.

u have shin splints and an understanding of good shoes. ice the area for a couple of days (to prevent swelling and decrease it if u already have it) also u will need to take a couple of days off and walk as little as possible. this is to ensure u dont damage the area anymore than it already is. also, rest with feet up and possibly over head (lay down with feet on pillows)

No, basically keep the laceration sparkling and each thing will heal basically positive. The shin bone has almost no different tissues between it and the skin/cutaneous tissue. So edema is amazingly favourite. The edema/swelling this is occurring happens with different bumps and bruises it basically isn't just about as obvious because of the fact the muscle and different tissues interior the physique are greater dense/stressful and don't enable the fluid to improve to the form of surprising degree. The swelling is basically the physique doing the superb it could to heal the section.. it hurts, and is gentle yet is a sturdy project. basically attempt to not bump the bump :)

You really need to read "Stop Shin Splints" by Gary Buchenic (also available in electronic format here: http://www.shinsplintscure.org ). It's about how to permanently cure your shin splints naturally. Worked for me and for thousands of people. Good luck!

im gettin sick of this

if you have medical problems, go see a doctor

dont ask a bunch of random people who think they have the answer, what if they say "oh its nathhhin". and you took their word, then you lose feelin to your leg and shin because you ****** something up, and now the medical bill is too damn high and you have to put up mortgage to your house just because you didnt want to get professional advice
