There is no such device. What you COULD do would be to get flowmaster mufflers put on.. but then put an intake restrictor plate on the air intake so the car can't take in as much air. Restricting the exhaust flow could cause damage to the engine. Don't do it.

Not at all. Anything you do to reduce the back pressure in your exhaust system will allow it to breathe easier.

That's the reason tuned headers, big converters, large pipes and free flowing mufflers allow the exhaust to actually pull the gasses out of the cylinders during the exhaust cycle.

it will increase the number of times you get pulled over, but if its of decent quality it can increase speed and accel.

make sure your car isnt a piece of sh!t because when you hear a car like that, and you look and its a piece.. your gonna look like a loser

no it will actually be better its prob lighter. and more fuel efficient.
