Okay, I'm guessing you didn't get your period on the 11th. Its possible that your period will still show up, after all February is a short month.
If your doctor did a pregnancy test and it was negative, I don't know why you're stressing. Stress can actually effect your period as well.
Did the doctor do a blood or urine test? If he did the blood test, forget about it. If he did the urine test and you want to be certain, go back and get the blood test. The blood test can give an accurate result within days of conception.
Good luck, I hope it turns out the way you want it to.

Slow down. It sounds like you are stressing over getting pregnant. I found another persons story about pregnancy tests and their accuracy. I would just let nature take its course and relax. Once you feel some early pregnancy symptoms, test to see. Knowing earlier will not change anything.
Here is another womans story on the subject:
There were a few reasons we went with First Response when I was trying to get pregnant a few years ago. One was that we were already using the First Response 1-Step Ovulation Predictor Test in our efforts to get pregnant, but the main reason was because First Response claimed that their tests would work 4 days earlier than other pregnancy tests. As a couple who really wanted to have a baby, we wanted to know whether or not we were pregnant as soon as humanly possible, so it seemed like the most logical choice.
In case you are unfamiliar with the whole "when you can test for pregnancy" thing, like I was back when we were trying for our first child, here's the low-down. Pregnancy tests work by detecting high amounts of the "pregnancy hormone", hCG (human chorionic gonadotropin) in one's urine. The earliest it can be detected by an over-the-counter pregnancy test is roughly 4 days before one's expected period, which is usually 2 weeks after the date of conception (making those 2 weeks some of the longest I've ever experienced).
As I mentioned, we were very eager to get pregnant. During the 2 months we were trying to conceive our son, I calculated out the earliest date I could test and was very disappointed both times when my test read negative for pregnancy -- however that second month I actually WAS PREGNANT. The fact is that not everyone starts producing the high levels of the hormone needed for detection at the same time. According to clinical tests, the First Response Early Result Pregnancy Test detected pregnancy in 69% of women 4 days before their expected period -- that means I was in the 31% of women for whom the test did NOT work that early. It also detected pregnancy in 83% of women 3 days before their expected period, and in 93% of women 1 and 2 days before their expected period.
Needless to say, about a week after my false-negative I tested again and got a positive result. I was so surprised that I ran out and purchased a few other pregnancy tests from different manufacturers (after all, I had 1 negative and 1 positive from First Response and wasn't sure which one to trust). After getting multiple positives I was finally convinced. Now, during our attempts for a second child, I waited until 2 days before my expected period to test (and that apparently works -- because I just got a positive result today, hurray!!)
Good luck and here's to a happy healthy baby!

I did 18 days after I ovulated, and they were Positive. If the Doctor did a Blood test it woulst still be right, because a Blood test can test from a Week after Conception already! Best of Luck whatever you wish for!!

My hpt did not show up as positive until 7 days after my missed period, some people take up to 10 days. If you have a 28 day cycle, I would check again March 20th if you don't get your period by then. I agree, it might have been tested too early.

why are you testing so much before your period.theres no need to test until your a week late or at the earliest a few days late why waste all that money. your now 2 days late if late at all. did the doctor do a blood test. it would have read on the 9th if you were if he did and it was negative you are pregnant just late blood tests can be read a week after ovulation which is generally a week before your due to start

Well I'd say wait 2 more days then take the test just to make sure that you've missed your period.. It might just be late due to the stress you're putting yourself through.. Good luck..
