don't wear make up. make up makes you even uglier! let your true beauty shine through. as cheesy as that sounds. you have to emote beauty. but never wear make up! EVER!

You should go somewhere for a consultation. I'm sure there are good features about you. If you can learn how to enhance them with makeup, then why not? It doesn't hurt to try. People keep telling you not to wear makeup, but the majority of women wear it all the time to try to make themselves look better. They're not wearing it to make themselves look worse.
Do you have any idea how many friends i've had that look like a total different person with makeup as opposed to nothing on?
Some people look good either way, and some need a little extra something to enhance their good features. Haven't you ever watched a makeover show? How many times did they do a makeover and the person looked worse?? NEVER. So go to some type of makeup counter in the mall, have a seat in a stool, and let them have fun with your face.

Dont say that! if u call urself ugly u'll never be confident and believe it or not but the more confidence u have in urself the brighter and happier u'll look, just try applying some foundation a little mascara and some eyeliner and blush on the apples of ur cheeks, u dont HAVE to apply eyeshadow but if u do DONT DO ANYTHING BRIGHT! for starters try a light brown then work ur way up if u want go to the MAC counter and they'll show u how to do everything, and ull look gorgeous! unless if this is a guy, welll....ummm...yea

Ask a proffessional what you should do. I have figured out that i don't need foundation. Apparently I have gorgeous skin, just a few blemishes that I cover up with concealer. I only wear a tiny bit of mascara and a really smudged liner (not dark, very light). And a thin gloss and light blush. I look really natural becuase its mostly natural. I'm ugly without makeup but I only have to wear a tiny bit to shine! Just practice and figure out what makes you look good.

I feel that everyone has at least one beautiful feature about them, try and find one feature that you find beautiul about yourself, if you like your eye color try to accent that, or your mouth, etc. Nobody is perfect and sometimes people imperfections are what make them unique and beautiful. If everybody looked the same and looked like little blonde barbie dolls the world be so boring!!! I can't tell what to do , all I can say is do what makes you feel comfortable !!!

Stop calling yourself ugly and concentrate on the good things about you.

Go to Dillard's or some place like that and they can match your skin tone to make-up and maybe that can help.

You have bigger issues than to wear or not to wear. Deal with those before you splurge at the lancome counter
