Nope... he's trying to secure some income so that when people finally kick him out of office he won't have to rely on some pension.
Suburban lifestyle? Oil? No man, oil is money and thats it. And that's what he wants, a peice of the pie... it doesn't matter to anyone that oil is the greatest means of contamination.
If he would truly wanna secure your "suburban lifestyle" he'd research and implement alternate eco-friendly techonologies... but there ain't much money in that...
