Congrats, chances are its a boy!!
I wouldn't be worried unless it goes below 120.
Best of Luck to you and Your Baby!

My son's heartbeat did the same thing around this time. He was in the 160's until around 16 weeks and then we stayed between the mid 130's to 140's. As long as the doctor isn't worried, I wouldn't be.

Mine at 14 weeks was like 162 or something. I think 130 - 150 is pretty normal at this stage. What did your u/s tech say? they are legally bound to tell you if they thing there is a problem. Give them a call to confirm. The heartbeat is probably fine, but worring isn't. Ease you mind!

No, that is normal forit to slow down from the earliest appointments. The first time I heard the heartbeat it was very very very fast and it scared me! Doc said it was normal. It ended up being about 140 for the remainder of the pregnancy. 120-160 range is normal. Relax!

No normal is between 120-180. I have a dopplar at home and some days my baby is 150-160, the next day he will be closer to 130-140.

Your baby is surprisingly or not, so active in your uterus. Usually when you are walking, your baby is being "rocked" to sleep because of the movement- Surpsing that your babies heartbeat was as high as it was because usually it is low cause you are sitting and resting- but if you were anxious at those appts, just think you are controlling your childs anxiety so the baby was probably anxious. You decide how your baby reacts- Keep that in mind.

you oftentimes won't be able to listen the pulse with a stethoscope until eventually after 20 weeks yet you want to have a really sturdy stethoscope. I nevertheless couldn't listen my infant's heartbeat at 30 weeks.

Baby's heartbeats range due to them sleeping. Try eating a light snack before your next appointment and you will se that it is back up.

I would not be too concerned- as your baby increases in size, the heart beat gets slower. If you doc isn't concerned I would not be either- Our hearts beat at 60-80 and if your baby is faster than that- baby should be fine.

Nope, it can change depending on how you feel and can increase/decrease 15 beats within 5 minutes.
totally normal.
just depends on the baby's position .. or he was sleeping maybe?

anything between 120 - 160 at any time is normal.

good luck! God bless!
