What kind of glue can I use to glue polyester fabric to rubber foam. The foam/fabric will need to stretch.?

The rubber foam/fabric belt applies a label to a bottle and will need to stretch without slipping.

To tell the truth, I would hand-sew the fabric to itself on the back of the item.. It's hard to find glue that will stick to fabric AND foam rubber, and if you glued the front, it would be unable to stretch.
