Can anyone name an instance where the party you support has been completely hypocritical? I can. Right now, Congress is making a big deal out of the 8 US attorneys that were fired by Bush, but when Clinton took office, he fired all of the US attorneys, not just 8.

The problem with your premise is that you assume that all Democrats agree with everything every Democrat does.

So, by your premise, all these people absolutely agreed with Clinton firing the US attorneys.

Also, by your premise, all Democrats agree with their thought process.

However, you made one small distinction that even you didn't notice. Clinton fired the attorneys when he took office. Bush fired the US attorneys after he'd already been in office, and apparently considered firing all of them.

Why? Because they don't agree with his sketchy policies.

Republicans can. That's why the base is so ticked off at McCain. Where was Chuckie when Clinton hatched 93 US attorneys?

If you have a party, you have hypocrisy. As an independent, I don't understand why people maintain loyalty to either party. Neither party owns the truth or honor. In fact, both parties have precious little of both.

That is a bit hypocritical, but I believe that the 8 who were asked to resign or were "fired" were actually investigating voter fraud.

That's just sucky.

They all contradict themselves at one time or another though no matter what party. But I believe these NeoCons are walking contradictions in everything they do....."its unfair to ask Dick about his Dyke daughter and how she feels about her fathers support of anti-gay legislation."
WOW - that's hypocrisy

YOu can prove that with a credible link, right?

CLinton fired them all is a flat out LIE! I actually know a US attorney who worked as far back as Reagan.

How about Kerry, Reed, and Clinton all voting for the war. Byrd supporting Blacks, while being in the KKK.
